Meet the HEI HQ Team

Based in Helsinki, Finland, our Head Office team is committed to a single mission—bringing high-quality early education to as many children as possible. Their expertise and commitment help make HEI Schools a trusted play school franchise in India, empowering partners with Finland's world-renowned early learning model.

A global organisation built on collaboration and diversity — our team brings together cultures, perspectives, and ideas from across the world to keep evolving how we serve children, families, and partners. If you're ever in Helsinki, do come say hello.
